The "Super Human" Exhibit: More Like Super Hype, Am I Right?
Okay, so I saw this thing about the "Super Human: Power of Technology" exhibit. Cool name, I guess. But let's be real, another hands-on, interactive display? Groundbreaking. I'm sure the kids will love sticking virtual implants on a body for 30 seconds. What does that even teach them? That medicine is a game?

Look, I get it. Technology is advancing. We got robotic hands and virtual jetpacks. But are we actually better? Or just more distracted? More dependent? I saw a picture of some editor trying out a robotic hand. Big deal. Can it fix a leaky faucet? Can it write a decent piece of code? Didn't think so.
OLEDs and LCDs: Who Cares?
And then, completely unrelated (or is it?), LG Display's stock is "surging" because of OLED tech. Oh, and TFT-LCDs are still "crucial." Give me a break. It's all screens, all the time. Bigger, brighter, more immersive… but what about the real world? Are we so desperate to escape reality that we're throwing money at every new display tech that comes along? According to LPL News Today: LG Display Sees Unexpected Surge Amid Technology Advancements, LG Display is seeing an unexpected surge.
The article says LG Display is "reinforcing its strategic position." Translation: they're trying to stay relevant in a cutthroat market. "Boosting investor confidence." Translation: they need cash.

Investor sentiment is shifting positively, apparently. People are getting excited on Reddit. About screens. Seriously?
Modi's "Innovation Conclave": More Hot Air
Wait, it gets better. PM Modi is talking about India becoming a "pioneer of technological transformation." Sure, buddy. Every politician says the same thing. "Ease of doing research." That's a new one. Is that like "thoughts and prayers" for the tech industry?
He says R&D expenditure has doubled. Okay, but what are they actually doing with that money? More importantly, who's benefiting? The average person? Or just the corporations and the politicians who are lining their pockets? PM Modi Inaugurates Emerging Science & Technology Innovation Conclave 2025
The bio-economy has expanded from 10 billion to 140 billion dollars. That's great, I guess. But is anyone actually seeing that money? Or is it just numbers on a spreadsheet? It's all just... noise.
Then again, maybe I'm the crazy one here. Maybe everyone else is genuinely excited about virtual jetpacks and OLED displays. Maybe I'm just a grumpy old cynic who needs to get with the times. Nah.
So, What's the Real Story?
It's all about money, power, and control. Always has been, always will be. The "Super Human" exhibit, LG Display's stock surge, Modi's "innovation conclave"... it's all just different sides of the same coin. And that coin, my friends, is coated in a thick layer of bullshit.
